I live in the Ontario countryside with my husband and our rescue dog Sakima. Our two boys are grown and we try to visit as much as we can. We love to travel, take photos and are currently working on improving our health.

For myself I am working on releasing weight, getting more exercise in and just becoming overall more healthy. It’s amazing what turning 60 does to your mind!

My goals for this blog are to document our health journey, create fun printables for you, take photos of our trips and more…
